NJ MANCHESTER — Rent Leveling Board reorganizes with Andrew Kerstein as new chair. The board elected Kerstein to the top position by a vote of three to zero with one abstention during the January 29 organization meeting, while unanimously electing Mark Kasiewniak as vice chair, reappointing Board Attorney Debra Rumpf and Board CPA Carmen Memoli, and swearing in Diane Oresto and Nina Charlton to one-year terms. The board also established its 2026 meeting schedule, setting regular meetings for the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. end time, unless extended by majority vote.
