NJ MANCHESTER — Rent Leveling Board appoints Kerstein as chair for 2026. The Manchester board completed its annual re-organization, electing Andrew Kerstein as Chairperson with three votes in favor and one abstention, and unanimously designating Mark Kasiewniak as Vice Chairperson. Diane Oresto and Nina Charlton were sworn in to one-year terms; the board also unanimously appointed Debra Rumpf from Rumpf Law as Board Attorney and Carmen Memoli as Board Certified Public Accountant.
Regular meetings for 2026 were established for the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM.
