NJ MANCHESTER — Manchester Rent Leveling Board approves prior minutes in brief session. The board, chaired by Andrew Kerstein with Vice Chairman Mark Kasiewniak and Members Nina Charlton, Chris Ciampa, and Alternate Member Diane Oresto present, voted unanimously to approve the December 18th meeting minutes. The 11-minute session also included receipt and distribution of routine notices and a public comment period in which Board Attorney Debra Rumpf thanked the board for her reappointment.
