Chairman Andrew Kerstein presided over an 11-minute meeting, the board's only formal action being unanimous approval of the December 18, 2025 meeting minutes. Board Attorney Debra Rumpf attended and expressed appreciation for her reappointment.
Members present included Vice Chairman Mark Kasiewniak, Members Nina Charlton and Chris Ciampa, and Alternate Member Diane Oresto. Board Accountant Carmen Memoli was absent. No rent cases were addressed.
