NJ MANCHESTER — Manchester Planning Board completes its annual 2026 reorganization with unanimous leadership votes. Felicia Finn was elected Chairperson, William Barron as Vice Chairperson, and Timothy Umlauf as Vice Chairperson Pro Tem. The board unanimously appointed Joseph D.
Coronato Jr., Esq., as Solicitor; Mathew Wilder as Engineer; Robert Mullin as Conflict Engineer; and Nicholas Dickerson as Professional Planner. All appointments were approved unanimously in roll call votes.
