Planning Board approves two amended resolutions for major developments

NJ MANCHESTER — Planning Board approves two major development resolutions with 45 affordable housing units. The Manchester Township Planning Board unanimously approved amended resolutions Monday for Parkwood Square LP (28 affordable units) and South Hope Chapel Town Square LLC (17 affordable units), addressing Pinelands Commission requirements on forest preservation and revoking prior project approvals. The amendments clarified fence-line language and specified Fair Share Housing commitments.

The board unanimously approved three rooftop solar installations for Dollar General locations (105, 116, and 116 roof-mounted panels) and approved professional services payments totaling $38,664.97.
