NJ MANCHESTER — Manchester planning board approves three applications, defers housing complex. The Planning Board unanimously approved administrative reviews for Crestwood Village 7 to construct a 12-foot by 60-foot bocce court, The Reserve of Lake Ridge to extend boundary-defining chain link fencing, and Somebody C.A.R.E.S., Inc. to convert a garage into a senior-focused food pantry. The board advanced Hope Chapel Town Square's mixed-use development combining retail, office, residential, and 22,400 square feet of daycare space pending fire marshal review, and deferred a 240-unit apartment proposal with 48 affordable housing units to September 2 for design revisions.
