NJ MANCHESTER — Manchester Planning Board approved Reich subdivision on Steiner Road with stormwater conditions. The board voted 7-0 to allow Eliyohu and Rochel Reich to divide a single lot at 2453 Steiner Road into two conforming lots, each suitable for a 1,500-square-foot dwelling, with 13 conditions including demolition of existing structures, dry wells, and retaining walls. The property's exceptional topography requires homes elevated six to eight feet above street level due to groundwater.
Board member Timothy Umlauf recused himself due to conflict with applicant's counsel. Separately, the board approved a Crestwood Village generator replacement with bollards (For 7, Abstain 1) and carried two applications to July 6.
