The Commission approved July 22 meeting minutes in a 4-0-1 vote with one commissioner absent and scheduled a November 15 fall cleanup from 10 a.m. to noon at Manchester Little League Field to clean the area surrounding the lake. Commissioners also reviewed Planning Board application PB-2025-06 for a solar farm on a 45-acre remedial mining site containing low-level radioactive tailings, questioning the panels' long-term effects and decommissioning plans given their 30-year lifespan.
