Environmental Commission scheduled fall cleanups in two locations. The Manchester Township Environmental Commission set cleanup events for November 14 and 21 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Cheer Barn near recreational football fields and Lake Road in Whiting respectively.

NJ MANCHESTER — Environmental Commission scheduled fall cleanups in two locations. The Manchester Township Environmental Commission set cleanup events for November 14 and 21 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Cheer Barn near recreational football fields and Lake Road in Whiting respectively. Commissioner Sandra Drake said she would investigate costs for safety vests and bright colored t-shirts since the cleanups occur during hunting season.
The commission also discussed a proposed School Collaboration program from Commissioner Robert Morris requiring approximately $1,000 for equipment, supplies, and transportation. Commissioner Drake said she would check on a Council memo regarding the program.
